Žiemkalnis (/ʑiəmkɐlɲis) is a country in the continent of Tutellia led by TikraiNeGedvilas and ofthesunrise.

Etymology

Žiemkalnis is a combination of two words - žiema and kalnas. These words mean winter and mountain, so Žiemkalnis means winter mountain.

Žiemkalnis has received one diplomatic envoy from Alemstrela.

History

Žiemkalnis was on the nearest mountain that TikraiNeGedvilas found when he spawned. From then on it has served as the main residence for them.

The early focus was on exploration of the continent of Tutellia and the exploitation of all of it's resources. Many exploratory hikes were made to scout out the surrounding area, most if not all villages on Tutellia were looted. These villages contained one of the most valuable things on the server - xp. With this xp there were many attempts to enchant a pickaxe with silck touch, on the 18th of February 2025, after 14 unsuccessful attemps the 15th was fatefull and yielded one pickaxe with silck touch.

With all of the looted and mined resources the focus shifted to building factories. On the 17th of February 2025 three were made - a charcoal maker, an iron forge and a basic cauldron, the following they an ore smelter was also made.

On the 17th of February 2025, while on a trip to trade for essence, TikraiNeGedvilas managed to convince ofthesunrise to come back with him up north to Tutellia, they settled in Žiemkalnis and became the second legal inhabitant of it.

Žiemkalnis was victim to a wither attack on the 24 April 2025
